Ingredients:
For the Flounder:
4 flounder fillets (about 4-6 oz each)
½ cup panko breadcrumbs

2 large eggs, beaten

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions:
1. Prepare the Flounder:
